Frank SelldorffChairmanIn 2003, Frank and Kevin Comerford founded Momentum Equity Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in companies with the potential to be leaders in information technology.
Prior to Momentum, Frank was founder and co-CEO of Reach Internet Incubator, whose portfolio of companies includes success stories BrandMuscle, BlackSmith Applications, BrainShark and netNumina (later acquired by Keane).
In 1992, Frank founded Breakaway Solutions, a full-service Internet provider, and served as its chairman, president and CEO through 1998. Under his direction, the company was recognized as one of the nation's fastest-growing technology companies, ranking No. 73 on the 1998 Inc. 500 and on Deloitte and Touche's Fast 50/500 from 1996-1998.
Before Breakaway, Frank held senior technology positions with Fidelity Investments, BankBoston, Atlantic Data Services and Arthur D. Little. In addition to his role with Grace-Hunt, he is a director of BrandMuscle, Waterview and EdgeRock Technology Partners.
Drew Sanita
Founding Partner
A veteran of over 20 years in the industry, Drew has held numerous consulting and customer service positions.
Prior to co-founding Grace-Hunt, Drew was a senior applications consultant at ePartners. Earlier, he was the manager of consulting services at Boston Sales Automation, a system integrator of mid-market ERP and CRM software solutions. He also served as manager of service and support as well as director of consulting services for Application Systems Group, a major consulting organization. Drew earned his undergraduate degree from Babson College and his MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Kevin Comerford
President and CEO
Kevin has a rich history of launching and developing successful technology companies. In 2003, he and Frank Selldorff founded Momentum Equity Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in companies with the potential to be leaders in information technology. Prior to Momentum, Kevin served as an advisor to the portfolio companies of Fidelity Ventures.
In 1998, Kevin was named the Chief Financial Officer and senior vice president of administration at The Counsel Group, which later became Breakaway Solutions. During his tenure, Breakaway, a full-service Internet provider, raised over $80 million in venture-backed financing and completed one of NASDAQ's most successful IPOs in 1999.
Earlier, Kevin co-founded Boston Sales Automation, a system integrator of mid-market ERP and CRM software solutions. Upon the company's sale in 1997, it was the largest reseller of Solomon software in the United States.
Kevin has also served as chief financial officer for the U.S. divisions of two publicly traded European companies - A.B. Munters, S.E. of Sweden and Bruel & Kjar S.E. of Denmark - and as an audit manager specializing in manufacturing with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Kevin earned his degree in accounting from Assumption College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
David F. Cleasby
Vice President, SharePoint Services
Dave brings over 20 years of Information Technology experience to Grace-Hunt, including 16 years in IT professional services management. In his role, he is focused on leading and growing the Grace-Hunt SharePoint Services practice.
Prior to joining Grace-Hunt in 2008, Dave was a Solutions Architect at Knowledge Management Associates (KMA). At KMA, Dave provided pre- and post-sales SharePoint solution envisioning, architecture/design, implementation, and engagement management.
Before KMA, Dave spent ten years at ePartners, a leading Microsoft Business Solutions partner. Dave served in a variety of technology leadership and services management roles including National Director for the Portals and Collaboration practice. Dave holds a B.S. in Computer Science degree from Tufts University, and has achieved Microsoft MCTS and MCP certifications.
Tim Enright
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Tim helps companies apply business system technology to achieve their business goals. He has over 20 years of business system implementation experience and has led many large business systems projects involving customizations, integrations, and automated workflow.
Recently he completed a multi-site, multi-channel CRM implementation for an on-line university involving the transition from a legacy CRM application to MS-CRM, extensive .Net customizations, integrations with internal and external vendors, real-time assignment of leads, the development of the sales process, and the integration to an existing campus management application.
Tim has been with Grace-Hunt since its inception. Prior to joining Grace-Hunt he was CIO of Reon Broadband, senior consultant at Ernst & Young, North American Sales Manager for Isys Controls (acquired by Cognex) , and sales engineer for GRiD Systems. He has built many commercial web sites, including the site for the popular TV series, The New Yankee Workshop (www.newyankee.com). He has a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
